THIS IS A SCAM - they are trying to get your credit card information to lower your interest rate. When I asked what Credit Card Company they represent, they stated Bofa, Chase and JP Morgan - and then said, I had a balance over $3000 on my card - said NO and they HUNG UP.. DO NOT give out any information to these scammers
